Vintage small-sized woven placemats, featuring deer and dogs in a mirror image – reversible too. Likely mid 20th century Perugia, in Italy (Perugia has been famous for its weaving since the Middle Ages). Gorgeous color, striking, and lovely.
Excellent condition, these seem unused. Hand laundered, bright and clean.
4 small mats, 9 x 13 inches, including the fringe on either side.
